Herroepingsrecht

U heeft het recht om uw bestelling binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst te herroepen, zonder opgave van reden. U kunt uw herroeping kenbaar maken via [e-mailadres of contactformulier].

Na herroeping heeft u nogmaals 14 dagen om het product aan ons te retourneren. Het product dient in originele staat en verpakking te worden geretourneerd. De retourkosten zijn voor uw rekening. Voor bestellingen binnen Nederland bedragen deze kosten maximaal €8,00; voor overige EU-landen kunnen de kosten variëren afhankelijk van uw locatie.

U ontvangt de volledige betaling, inclusief de oorspronkelijke verzendkosten, binnen 14 dagen na ontvangst van uw retour terug via het oorspronkelijke betaalmiddel.

 

Right of Withdrawal

After withdrawal, you have an additional 14 days to return the product. The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Return shipping costs are at your expense. For orders within the Netherlands, these costs are a maximum of €8.00; for other EU countries, costs may vary depending on your location.

You will receive a full refund, including the original shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your return, via the original payment method.
