Order and send

Postage costs
Shipping costs may vary per product, depending on size and weight. A letterbox package costs €4.50 and a standard package costs €6.50. You can find the correct shipping costs in your shopping cart.

For orders over €50 (within the Netherlands), shipping is free.

Delivery time
Once we receive your payment, we'll ship your order within 2-3 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation once your order has been shipped.
Every order is carefully packaged to prevent damage during transport. If damage does occur, please contact us as soon as possible so we can find a solution together. We ship with PostNL.

Packing service
The items are always festively wrapped! If you ordered a gift and want it delivered to a different address, please let us know the delivery address by email .

Pay
You can pay for your order via iDEAL or bank transfer in advance.
The website is kept up to date as much as possible, but if an item is unexpectedly out of stock, we will contact you.

Abroad
Different rates apply for international shipping. If you need to have something shipped internationally, please contact us.
