Return

If you are not satisfied with the product you ordered, you can return it as follows:

• You can register a return up to 14 days from the moment of delivery, after which you have another 14 days to return the product.
• Please report your return in advance via contact@illustrateddelights.nl
• Please return the item and a printout of the return form – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, carefully and with sufficient postage, to the following address: Kerkdries 8, 5296 LG Esch
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is damaged beyond what's necessary to try it out, we may charge you for the reduction in value. Therefore, please handle the product with care and ensure it is properly packaged when returning it.
• Once we receive your return, we'll send you an email confirmation. After approval of your return, we'll refund your account within 14 business days.

Want to exchange your product? No problem at all. You can contact us at contact@illustrateddelights.nl . However, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs.
